He has been knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and transparent throughout every step of the process of getting me a quote even including recommendations for coverages as well as ensuring I get as many discounts as possible and what steps to take in order to obtain them. Terrell is an exemplary employee who has set a new standard for customer service and I will be using GEICO for the foreseeable future because of him.

Alexa was absolutely amazing. I had requested a quote and she had reached out to me within 1-2 days. When I called back she had everything ready for me and made the process of switching over quick and painless. She made any adjustments I needed and was knowledgeable whenever I had questions (which was a lot). Got new insurance for a great price and in only a couple of minutes. Great experience.
