I have had this aso dental plan for years and this morning I was treated horribly. I called for assistance for my autistic son that needed a dental procedure and I was told right away by customer representative Ines that he could not help me at all and no one can help me. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they said that supervisor would call back and he couldn’t help me either. . It’s been 6 hours later and no call. At least the representative could’ve been more compassionate and try to direct me in the right path but I got attitude and no help. This company needs to do better with customer service. You don’t know what the members are going through. And I don’t get this dental insurance for free I pay for this.

ASO Agents are more knowledgeable about my reimbursement benefits than my Union is! We appreciate the courtesy, support, and professionalism of our ASO Agents! Thank You for all you do!

Far and away the best customer service in the medical insurance (or really any) arena. They process claims exceptionally quickly and with great precision. In the very off instances they make a mistake, they fix it just as quickly. A business model we should all emulate.

Can’t get a straight answer out of any of the reps after making dozens of calls for the last 6 months!
