From the moment I reached out I was immediately put in contact with Roosvelt and and he was so friendly, professional, and truly went above and beyond to help me get great price quotes and ultimately the coverage that I needed. It’s rare these days to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers, but Sunset Plaza exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family and will continue to be a loyal customer!

Cannot say enough great things about this company. Roosevelt is an absolute gem. He carries this place on his back, truly. He has incredible customer service skills, always answers when I’m in need, and offers great banter every time we talk! Not only professional, but also extremely personable.

Went in just trying to get information and quote, but it quickly turned into high-pressure sales tactics to get me to sign on the spot. Every question I asked got redirected to “let’s lock this in today” instead of actually giving me space to think or understand the coverage. After that experience, it honestly makes me question if you can really trust this company. Looks like all the 5-star reviews are fake / bought. Go elsewhere. Lots of other trusted options out there.

This company deserves no stars. I didn't feel comfortable from my very first interaction with them but their rates were comparable with other companies and the company they insured me through is a very reputable company. I sold my vehicle the beginning of last month and have tried repeatedly to get a hold of them to cancel my policy. After five (5) phone calls and no return calls from my assigned agent, today I get money taken out of my account for insurance coverage of a vehicle I don't own. I called again this morning and requested to talk with office manager or person in charge, I was told that she wasn't available, after I got a little forceful on the phone the lady on the phone said she would have someone call me right back. Then mysteriously the person I have been trying to contact
