Ned Gardner - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have to start with the amount of knowledge I received from speaking with Ned. I had so many questions to answer I didn’t have and he provided solutions that helped me with my needs for me and my family. I’ve been through a few insurance agencies and State Farm is by far the best I’ve ever had. Ned will always be my goto. The staff is amazing and helpful and Ned had my back when I needed him. Thank you State Farm!!!!

The receptionist/office manager was not professional, not respectful and needs either a major customer service training or terminated. I plan to take my business somewhere else just so I don’t have to deal with her.

I've been a customer at Ned's agency for a few years, and find Ned and his employees to be very sincere, personable, respectful, and, most certainly, knowledgeable about their business. Everyone works hard, which includes doing their very best to fully and skillfully (which includes very detailed--and accurate with those details take care of your insurance needs.
