Monica who was handling case #203083626 from progressive insurance was the most unprofessional person I ever dealt with! she's been ignoring my phone calls and emails for weeks, when I finally got a hold of her (Using another phone number) SHE SIMPLY HANGED UP ON ME! what a shame for the company or is this how reputable insurance company handles their claims now??

Excellent service! I was rear-ended and this is the other party's carrier, and they've been extremely prompt, thorough, and helpful. Things were in motion before I had even contacted them as the other party had called them from the scene. I'll seriously consider switching to Progressive if my current carrier has another increase. This year they said rates went up across the board for all car insurance companies in the state. I took them at their word. Still, I've heard of people being strung along by insurance companies not doing them right after an accident. I'd certainly recommend Progressive based on my experience so far.
