I want to share how much I enjoyed working with Front Row Insurance, especially with Alyson Locacciato! My organization came to Alyson last June for event insurance, and what stood out most was her genuine care and prompt responses. It's rare to find someone who truly listens, cares, and helps selflessly. Thank you again, Alyson! You've left a lasting impression, and I highly recommend Front Row Insurance.

Very smooth experience working with Front Row to get E&O insurance for a feature film. Alyson was very helpful and responsive.

I worked with Front Row insurance in Canada for over 10 years. They were always terrific to deal with. When we moved to the USA, we attempted to get a policy with them for our record label. The customer service was absolutely terrible. We filled out an application and attempted numerous times to follow up with the USA based agents with very little to no response. They don’t return phone calls or emails. It was around 5 or 6 months wait, and still no quotes or explanation from them. If you own a small business, I would recommend going elsewhere.

I am extremely grateful to have had Alyson Locacciato as my representative. Alyson exhibited exceptional customer service in various ways. Not only did she help me find the best insurance deal for my event, she went above and beyond to help me resolve an unexpected issue with the coverage for my event. Front Row has been excellent to work with these last few months. They were able to provide us with higher limits on our General Liability so that we could qualify for new business contracts. They also provided us with a more comprehensive product and understanding of how it worked than our previous broker. The response time from them producing COI's and establishing communication with the carrier is 1/2-1/3 of the time of our previous broker. They product they offered is also saving us expenses on our background checks as well. We're very glad to have switched to them. I highly recommend working with Steve and Alyson.
