I used Strickler Agency to help me find homeowners insurance. Our car insurance company could not provide insurance for the house we were buying, due to the house's age. They recommended I call Strickler since they represent many different companies. Quite glad I did. I received prompt, courteous service which met my needs and gave us the coverage required to obtain our mortgage. It was our first home and everything was new to us, which I told the lady who helped me. She made sure I understood the process and knew what I needed to do. Everything was being done around the holidays, and she kept it moving the best she could. I appreciated that. It was a good experience and I would recommend them.

WARNING!!! DUE NOT GO WITH THIS INSURANCE COMPANY!!! I called them simply to add additional coverage to my plan the lady on the phone wanted to completely rewrite my policy. When I said I wasn't interested they sent someone to my home without my consent and took pictures again without my knowing and then sent me a letter stating I was loosing part of my coverage and receiving a higher premium due to having a older outbuilding. There are better insurance company's out there and better agents that have YOUR interests in mind, shop somewhere else.

This Agency has excellent customer service they are very efficient right when you walk in or call they smile and explain to you in a nice manner your policies will continue to keep business with them for a long time.
