This company is absolutely terrible. They have no clue what they’re doing when it comes to insurance — they can’t even figure out what’s actually due or collect a payment correctly. On top of that, the staff is rude and completely unhelpful. It’s obvious they only care about getting your money, not helping you or understanding what you’re going through. Their total lack of knowledge and basic customer service is why I left this agency for good.

I have been using Starr(Erie) for about 5 years now. They truly are great. I use them for our person insurance home and auto.Also for all of my business insurance(pest control company) They are very quick to send you something when needed. When it come to claims they are top notch on getting you through your situation. Highly recommend the team at Starr- Thank you Chris
