Dymond Insurance

Trying rent farm house acted like he was going to give it to us wasted 39.95 for credit check and he already had his decision not very business like plus we were going to help clean up the place for him but his loss!

HORRIBLE. Been with Dymond 12 years. Not sure why I waited this long to switch when I’ve received poor customer service repeatedly throughout that time but today I did and I’m so glad. John Dymond himself is ok but his employees are rude, arrogant, and incompetent. Matthew in particular was so mouthy and nasty that’s what sealed the deal on me leaving after 12 years and going with another agent. So John if you read this just know you just lost 3 customers that you had over a decade because of Matthew. If you want to be talked to like you’re a moron and get ripped off then Dymond Insurance is the place for you. Otherwise steer clear. They don’t care about their customers no matter how long you’ve been with them never missing a payment or getting in an accident or having a ticket. Worst cust
