Very unprofessional! My Daughter had a accident it’s been over 3 weeks. The lady at bell handling our claim does not answer her texts or phone! So I emailed a another lady trying to get answers she replied I cannot answer any questions or help us becus I had to ask the lady handling our claim.. really wow Toneika don’t answer our calls!! So I’m changing to a diffrent agency! My daughter car is just sitting here and needs fixed so she can drive to work and pay her insurance and car loan. We pay our insurance on time every month. So there’s no reason to not keeps us updated
