THE SIMPLE REASON I CANCELED THE ACCOUNT WAS: THAT I WAS INFORMED THAT ALL I HAD TO PAY WAS $1450.00 FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR. IT WAS HARD TO BELIEVE. BUT THAT WAS REPEATED SEVERAL TIMES BY THE LICENSED AGENT. THEN WE GO ON THE 3RD MONTH YOU WANTED TO CHARGE ME ANOTHER $694.00 FOR ANOTHER PAYMENT. THAT WAS NOT WHAT WE AGREED. This insurance carrier used bait and switch tactics to secure insurance from our firm. They undercut our current premiums by about $23,000. The following year we received over a $30,000.00 audit. Then this company mistakenly flip-flopped our payroll again resulting in an audit over $30,000.00, and additional premium of over $30,000.00. Companies like this should not be in business. I would not recommend this vendor...Let the Buyers beware!

I had a negative customer experience getting proof of insurance from them. It took over a month and many follow-ups to get the insurance agent elizabeth to respond.
