Overall extremely dissatisfied with this provider and experience. I’ve been with Allstate for over a decade, paying for policies for my homeowners insurance and both cars. This was my first time pursuing any claim. My car axle and control arm snapped while driving with my kids in the car. No fault, no collision, everyone was fine. Decided to use Allstate’s roadside assistance to hopefully make the insurance experience smoother. After waiting for 3 hours with my kids in 20 degree Fahrenheit weather for the tow, I ended up having to call AAA to take care of it instead. The Allstate mobile app had no helpful options and fighting my way through the phone tree to get a person ended up with a foreign call center that was neither helpful nor pleasant. I've only had Allstate insurance and have NEVER had any problems. I have full umbrella insurance including home and car, and it's reasonably priced, the staff is friendly and helpful, and there are locations anywhere you need them to be.

I was paying goldmine with my previous car insurance company when an unfortunate vehicular incident prompted me to look for another insurance company. The accident forgiveness ad of Allstate drew me to them, and my premium has never been better. I thank Gary for enrolling me in their system with ease and being able to cut down my car insurance premium to the minimum.
