I had a great experience working with my State Farm agent, Fanny. She were very helpful and responsive, even by text, which made communication so easy. She took the time to explain everything clearly and provided me with multiple quotes so I could make the best decision for my situation. I also appreciated how she treated my issue with urgency and genuine care. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for insurance!

Impossible to reach and never reply to emails. My mom has to constantly call you guys and claim you guys are always busy. I really don’t now where the 5 star reviews come from

Over the years they were amazing customer service they would answer the phones now you call during business hours no one picks up the phone you leave a message no one calls you back you go to the office no one's there during business hours it's just sucks because then I have to call another State farm office and they State the same that other customers have complained that no one answers the phone how are we supposed to get in contact with any questions that we may have

James and his staff at State Farm are incredible. They have brought back the personal customer experience. If you ever have any problems or questions, they are just a phone call away. They break down questions and policies easily, and their ultimate goal is to provide exceptional service while offering the best and most affordable insurance policies.

Previous Insurance Agency were not helpful with me as a customer and I decided to change Insurance and Agent.
