Renee Friscia - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've had my auto insurance for many years with State Farm, Renee Friscia, agent. She is the reason why I have remained with this insurance company for so long. When a agent goes above and beyond in helping her clients, it needs to be mentioned. With the assistance of Gigi, my insurance remained active. For me, public posts arent enough so I've written their corporate office regarding this outstanding staff.

If I can only give this facility a negative star I will give them a negative score. My father, an immigrant, does not speak english get yelled at by Gigi, one of the staffs in this facility. She does not have patience with minority senior citizens. I like Renee and her male agent because they have the patience to serve ignorant people. If you only pay a dollar a day, this facility will not help you file claims on your behalf but they will be happy to collect the yearly dues! good luck on those who will get their service! and I hope when Gigi gets old nobody will yet at her!

Switching insurance companies can be a stressful event but the agents at this office made it smooth and effortless. Jonathan was knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and personable. He outlined different scenarios to help me plan more easily after reviewing the options. I have the highest praise for this State Farm office. My confidence in insurance agents and companies has been fully restored! Thank you!
