We’ve been with State Farm for over 20 years with no accidents. Unfortunately, a deer changed all that with our son, though we are ever grateful to God for keeping him safe, had to deal with not knowing anything about process/timing for this accident. Our agent Earl, along with 2 others from claims flawlessly assisted and assured us everything would be taken care of. Both Steve and Amanda have gone out of their way to touch base, EXPLAIN what my policies cover, offer ways to save me money and offer additional services that I was never made aware of.
