I used this agency when Akia worked there. We had no issues. Then she left and it was seemingly taken over by people new in the industry. They are insufferable to work with, because they do not know what they are doing. I asked for them to point out the exclusions in a 20 page booklet they provided, and they said they can't do that. I asked for them to confirm information regarding the policy, and they simply kept pointing me to the 20 page booklet. What is the point of them being there if all they do is point you to the booklet? What is their job? They are extremely unhelpful, and make you pay for a month of the policy FIRST even if you are escrowed and it will be paid at closing.
