Due to a scheduling error of my own doing, I had the wrong day but the correct time. The greeter, Zhane, was able to assist me to the best of her ability to get me what I needed, rescheduled at a different location, and polite and courteous the entire time. Clean location, everything has to be by appointment, but by how fast the line was moving the time slot looked worth it. This location is the one we usually go to for renewals and address changes.

I feel if you are prepared with all of your paperwork. Have all of your I's dotted and your T's crossed, you show up on time you will have no problems. That's been my experience the few times I've been. I also think me coming from California where handling this type of business will have you ripping your hair out has taught me to be very organized and prepared. To be honest, doing business in the Midwest is WAY simpler and I love it!

I made an appointment here, they got me in right away. I needed some extra documents and information, so they let me grab everything I needed from home and let me skip the line to finish up. Daniel and Jennifer were both very patient and kind to help me get everything I needed done! Very impressed!

Got there about 5 minutes before my appointment, had about 5 people ahead of me. Got the temporary car tag I needed and out by 4:45. Nice in and out, helpful clerks.

This is a very busy place so we had an appointment setup, they called us up 35mins after our appointment time. Not enough people working behind the counter.
