My agent Margo is a very helpful agent. She goes out of her way to help me and my family. Because of her kindness both of my children have changed their car insurance to the Metro Agency to have her as their agent.

My agent Terry, who is totally awesome, was out of the office for the day. My call was automatically transferred to Theresa Swift. It was at the end of the day and I was at the auto body repair shop. I needed a loaner vehicle until the repairs were complete on my SUV. Theresa sprang into action to email me and the body shop a copy of my proof of insurance. If not for her, my long drive to the repair shop would be in vain and I would have missed out on the opportunity to get a loaner car for the week. Theresa patiently waited on the phone with me to make sure we received the information we needed. She was very accommodating, helpful and pleasant. Margo at Metro Agency is the best. I had a horrible experience with the previous company who sat on my policies and released them 2 days before they would have expired. Thankfully, I found my great agent, Margo, who did somersaults and worked very hard to find me 2 policies that were better than what I had previously, AND BEFORE THEY WERE DUE. She is a magician and really knows her stuff.

Excellent service with Metro Agency! I have been with them for many years! Their rates are very competitive.Theresa is the BEST! Shes very knowledgeable about insurance business. Very patient and kind! I would recommend anyone i know to use Metro for all of your insurance needs.

My personal experience with the metro agency has been excellent!! Teresa the lady i just saw took time out of her lunch to help me with a issue i had with a credit/refund. I probably took up about a hour of her time (felt really bad) but she was very pleasant and knowledgeable and was able to get my issue resolved rather quickly. Aaron, Brian, and Margo i have also delt with and they all are excellent people to work with. Someone always answers the phone or i can expect a phonecall back or email rather quickly. I will definitely be sticking around for a while and would recommend to anyone looking for a auto or commercial policy (my only experiences) so far!
