Their system pulled lab and health information that was completely incorrect and did not match my actual medical records. The markers they used showed very poor health, which is not reflective of my real lab results, which are significantly better and documented. Because of this incorrect data, my monthly premium was raised dramatically, making the policy unaffordable. This company has become a bunch of scam artists recently! I bought an accidental life insurance policy from them in 2014. For 11 yrs, I never was late or missed a payment (which was $13/mo.) So I paid roughly $1,700 in those months and of course never had a claim! I recently received a letter stating that they haven’t gotten my $17/mo pmt - so now I owe $21/mo. From $13 to $21 in one month w/o any notice! That’s a 61.6% increase! So I immediately called and they said everyone is in a meeting call back in an hour - so I call back in about an hour or so. I called back in a couple of hours and got a very rude associate (Cheryl). I told her I have been a loyal customer with this policy for over 11 yrs plus a member of AAA auto club for 54 yrs! This company duped my elderly mother into applying for coverage. She paid a lot of money into "the policy", but never realized any benefit from it. This is a legal scam, like Long Term Health Insurance. Big on promises, little on payouts. I wish they were regulated more closely.

I got AAA for my car. These life insurance people will NOT stop sending me dead tree mail. It comes about 1x+/weekly! Incessantly! After writing through the website and getting confirmation that they will stop. Just know that a great deal of the money you're paying is being used for forestry removal to send sales pitches to customers who don't want them. I literally have no desire for this service and have made it clear.
