Steve Orton - State Farm Insurance Agent

After 20++ years as a client who never missed a payment and was never late, had my policy canceled by State Farm. I was told I needed a new roof that was only 16 years old, a 30 year roof was put on. I was never called by my agent's office, just sent a letter canceling my policy. After my contacting Orton's office about the roof they replied they had drone pictures to show the roof was bad. When I asked to see the pictures I was denied, they could not show them to me. After contacting Lowes to assess my roof, said the roof is in good shape. Lowes further told me that this was State Farms new policy. State Farm is asking the customers to fork out a lot more money. Why have insurance? I have moved to a more reputable company.
