This agency is great. Primarily I have been working with Sam. It is pleasure working with him: he is very knowledgeable, he is not a sales person! He is an advisor and his goal is to help me to choose the best coverage I need for my cars. When I called to the office and he is working with another customer, he always call me back the same day after he is available. Thanks a lot to Sam and to this great agency!

I came in to review my insurance and was greeted immediately by the man at the front desk not sure what his name is . Sam greeted me seconds after. Sam was very friendly, asked what bought me in, and we discussed my concerns. He had great mannerism, answered all my questions thoroughly and wanted to make sure I understood my policy completely he was not pushy at all which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service.
