Ms Moore is not as great as everyone claims she is in fact all of the great reviews are probably her very close friends. She at first comes off as a great agent willing to assist you with your insurance needs and as soon as you become a customer her attitude changes. I only wanted to make changes to my policy save money and because she wasn’t going to make any commission she was down right rude and nasty. I reported her and called corporate on her and filed my complaint. Be careful dealing with her you may regret it
