Jeff King: Allstate Insurance

Ryan McAllister and his office, King Allstate, are hands down the best insurance agents I've ever dealt with. I'm a local realtor and have referred many clients to Ryan and each one of them has been extremely satisfied. Recently one of my clients had a hiccup with a claim and Ryan jumped in right away and worked for hours to help successfully resolve the problem. These are the times when you really understand the worth of a great insurance agent. Ryan is always working with his clients' best interest in mind and it shows. I highly and unconditionally recommend Ryan and the King Allstate Agency.

Ryan is always available and wears a smile. He belongs in this Business, it was made for him. He communicates constantly and never leaves you hanging. I've been in the Real Estate Business full time since 1982.

I called there for a quote and the lady said what’s your drivers license number. I gave it to her and said that I’m looking for home owners insurance not auto. I was told that she would call me back with a quote but she never called. My questions are why did she ask for my drivers license number, how could she give me a quote and not ask me if I wanted anything extra like backup sewer protection? I just hope she didn’t do anything nefarious with my drivers license number because no place else asked me for that!!!

Poor handling of both my homeowners and auto insurance policy. Paid policy for 1 yr in full mishandled the renewal process and would not cancel it at my request. They cancelled my auto insurance by an error they made and would not reinstate it. Due to my auto insurance being handled so poorly, I requested to cancel my homeowners policy. The owner was not polite and accommodating at my request to cancel the homeowner policy. The process was a complete nightmare. It was paid in full and when I requested to cancel they didn’t refund the correct amount back to me. Do Not use this Jeff King Allstate Insurance agency in Glenside. They will not take accountability for their mistakes they may make in your policies.

I have used Allstate as my insurance provider for many years. What impresses me the most is their responsiveness and constant willingness to help. The value per dollar is unmatched. Shout out to Ryan who is always on top of things for me!
