Farmers Insurance - Gina Burke

I cancelled my homeowner's policy on 11/9/18 effective 12/1/18. A refund check for $630 was issued on 11/20. We deposited the check and then were charges a $10 bank fee because the check had been cancelled. Contacted corporate and were told Gina, the agent, had issued a stop payment. No account notes no reason and no contact to me saying "hey, don't cash that check..." Now, they say a new check was issued on 12/7/18, but we still have no refund check and no reimbursement for the bank fee as of 12/14/18. Prior to this (what lead to the cancelation), was contacted about "updated policy" even though we didn't update anything. Contacted Gina's office & was told it was a mistake, that they wanted to offer me other products (upsell), i said no thanks. 2 days later received another notification a
