This is my first time with State Farm Insurance, it’s been two months since I moved with them after several years with Allstate and the reason is very simple; looking for more affordable home and car insurance with the coverage I was looking for. I contacted Mike Williams State Farm office in Hammond, IN. My first contact was Gabby which I was surprised by her attentiveness and cordiality, her tone of voice gave me confidence and trust as we were discussing details of the insurance policy for my vehicles and house. Gabriella is absolutely thee best at what she does! She explains everything patiently and thoroughly so we understand what coverage would be most beneficial for us. She’s also great at bundling and getting us every discount possible. Even if you’re a current customer, I’d recommend calling her to see if your rates might be able to be adjusted 🥰

Jessica was so sweet and patient with me. She's very knowledgeable in what State Farm has to offer. I had so many questions and she not only answered them but took the time to explain and give examples. After speaking with her, I left feeling I have made the right choice. She is awesome. I am satisfied with this agency’s support. However, I was disappointed after the accident that was caused by a driver from behind, State Farm reported us to consumer reports being at fault . That was an unfair and very morally and financially painful experience. I hope such attitude and fraud will never happen again. We lost $25,000 buying a new car, other insurance companies refused to ensure us as we were listed as at fault drivers and I spent hours fixing the problem caused by State Farm’s purposeful reporting us as reckless drivers.
