I had a great experience working with Lataina at Freeway Insurance in Hammond, Indiana. She was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Lataina took the time to explain my coverage options in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I got the right coverage for my vehicle. What I appreciated most was how professional and friendly she was. She didn’t rush the process and made sure all of my questions were answered. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about helping her customers.
