We have been customers of State Farm for many years, and with Jeff Tucker specifically for probably 12 or 15 years. Jeff is a real solid, down to earth guy. You can talk to Jeff like he’s your brother. Very personable. No one likes to talk insurance because it costs too much money. But Jeff explains it in terms you can understand. I am very happy with the service we get from his agency.

I had a bit of a strange intro to Jeff. He was my grandfather's insurance agent. I spoke with him once or twice over the years when my grandpa needed help, and my grandpa always spoke highly of him. My grandfather passed recently and so we've been doing the work of dealing with insurance and accounts. Jeff is great. He's got stories of my grandfather for days and seems like he really cared about him as a person instead of just a customer, which is ideal. My experiences with him over the years, but specifically the past few days have all been pleasant. He's kind and understanding of our grief, but also helping us through the process now that it's time. I appreciate him greatly.

Outstanding customer service. Jeff is extremely quick to hop on the phone and always makes himself available when you need him. He truly goes above and beyond to help, even when it’s not his market. It’s rare to find that level of responsiveness and dedication—highly recommend working with him. Also, the girls in the office, Robin and Lola super nice to work with and Knowledgeable.
