Lake County Insurance

I had used this agency back in the 80's. Over the years I had gone with companies like State Farm and then Farmers. I decided that I wanted to try an Independent Insurance Agent again, thinking that such an agent would be working on my behalf to find the best coverage for my car and home at the most reasonable rate. I was truly disappointed when I got there. The entranceway was full of dead leaves. The door was locked - you had to knock for them to let you in. When I did get in, I was not offered a place to sit. I felt as though I was bothering the woman. A man walk by me twice and never greeted me. I don't know - maybe they have all the clients they need and don't need any new customers. I will look elsewhere. I suggest you all do the same.

I had the best service at this location! I have been shopping around and finally found a good insurance company with dedicated employees! Dale was especially helpful and was able to answer all my questions. Highly recommend!

It a excellent family business the son is grate person he keep track with u available all the time he worked with me until he find me the insurance company that fit me.
