State Farm Insurance

Super great service. Never had an issue setting up any of my cars, everyone there is really nice.

Called State Farm twice to see how my insurance would pay for a AC unit repair. They told me, with my policy, they would repair or replace it, which ever was cheaper. After having $11k in repairs done they only paid for $2k due to the age of my system. Something I was never told till after I submitted my claim. Disputed this and they said to bad you need to lawyer up. State Farm doesn't pay. Stay away, they lie and when they are out of compliance with what they say they make you lawyer up to be able to get a fair resolution. AVOID!

I have been with State Farm for a number of years. The ease I have with the different services we use have been wonderful. Anytime I have a question or need to shop for a new product, I can always expect great customer service in a timely manner.

So as of today I went to State farm spoke with a customer with the agent yesterday with Jeanette and I told her what I was needing as far as insurance and things like that for my small business and for me and came in today and we got all the papers put together a package put together and she explained and discussed everything that we were doing and crunch numbers for me and everything went off great they made me feel at ease with everything that we discussed I left there knowing that I was totally covered and everything was on the up-and-up and I would like to give a shout out to Janet and all the people at the State farm agency Blue lakes and just say thank you for doing and getting me the policy and I look forward to doing more business and you guys just made it amazing

Amazing rates and were more then helpful with the vehicles I was transferring around. I'm sure they got annoyed lol but they got everything done and were super helpful and friendly to do business with.
