Freeway Insurance

This is my second time working with Bernice Cruz, and she’s been amazing both times! She’s incredibly helpful, patient, and always makes sure I fully understand everything before moving forward. I truly appreciate how smooth and stress-free she makes the whole process, and she works quickly and efficiently. She even helped me find cheaper insurance, which I’m so grateful for. She’s definitely someone you can rely on for excellent service and support!

I thought I picked a great spot for insurance, great rates, great customer service, so I switched. 3 momths later I notice im being billed by Freeway & Progressive. I call in and Evelyn was great, she even got more policy out of me. She assures me Progressive will stop billing me & give me my over payments refunded. A month later Im still getting both bills. I call, I leave messages, & Evelyn cant return my calls. So a month goes by and I call & ask for a manager. Im told there in a meeting and will call me back. I still havent gotten a call back 3 days later. I called Freeway corporate and they say Ill get my over bill of over $1000 back from Progressive. Until I see the money refunded that will determine my total review of Freeway. As far as Freeway-Twin Falls….I DONT recommen

Maria Salina’s provided the best service I have ever received over the phone. Very patient and helpful. Answered all of my questions, provided a fair quote, and paid, all in one phone call. Thank you and I will definitely be a costumer for a long time coming.

Evelyn Rodriguez was such a huge help today. I called in to change my auto policy and she was able to find a rate $40 less let month than what I was currently paying! She went out of her way to look things up to try to find the best deal for me and my husband. Thanks Evelyn!
