The service and advice from Austin was very helpful. He really helped us through the process of selecting the best policy for our needs and we are grateful for his service. We wished for additional time to spend with him but he was very tightly scheduled due to the significant changes in Medicare policies this year.

Very knowledgeable people. Appointment time was spot on, didn't have to wait . Agent was friendly and explained in good detail what plans that were available, and gave a good breakdown of each. I've never really understood all the stuff that was involved, or diffrent types of plans . Being a veteran had other opportunities that gave me better choices. Very pleased with this agency and their people and recommend them to people who are looking for or need a supplement plan.

I went to Valley Insurance for their Medicare seminar. I didn't intend to retire until late 2026 but was looking to make sure I understood all of the Medicare rules. The folks there are very knowledgeable and very friendly.
