State Farm Insurance

Been using State Farm for decades. Pick an agent and stick with that particular one. They all appear to be independent but I've never met one I didn't like. Great service!

Wonderful service - They paid the life insurance policy on my uncle to my aunt promptly when he passed away. When she passed away, I (as executrix of the estate) had to cancel their auto policies (2), property insurance (2), and personal article policy, as I sold them (5 different times). I even called to ask some questions a year after she passed away. While I had to leave a message to request a call back, they always called back not long after the messages were left. Each and every time, they were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I really appreciated their assistance in settling my aunt's affairs.

They are really good there nice and they helped me out so much I tried 86 different insurance companies and they was able to help me thank you guys so much I was stressing and now I’m relieved 🥹

Absolutely the worst insurance company on this planet, your local office is nice and helpful however your claims department employees are rude and twist stories then you don't stand behind your customers hitting people, I hope to never have to deal with you again, I don't understand how your client can hit a parked car, lie about it then it becomes no fault to her, ridiculous
