I am a previous customer. I had Nationwide from when I first started driving from 2009. This company became the main company holding my Insurance policies. I had 2 car, renters and motorcycle all in one bundle. They raised my rates with no new tickets or accidents, or any reason to do so, one time I forgot to put the money into the account they pull from and it failed to pull out so I went into the app and paid manually a few days later, not weeks literal days. Like it should habe pulled this tuesday and i paid that firday. I thought no problem, they got their money and I keep my insurance. Nope they put all of my money into my auto policy. They did not send a letter telling me, they did not call to let me know it wasn't paid. They canceled my renters policy and my motorcycle insurance, a
