I’ve been working with Brian for almost a year now and he’s made my life so much easier. I got my first car and had no idea what I was doing on the insurance side of things, he took care of ALL of it. Asked me easy questions of what I wanted and my price range - he made it happen. Brian Kilpatrick has helped me and my dad out over the last couple years. First he helped us with getting homeowners insurance when we bought our new house. Then I have been working with Brian to get all my vehicles over to a more affordable insurance. The great thing with Brian is he can shop the insurance around since he works with a lot of companies. Our insurance agent is Brian Kilpatrick of Liberty Mutual. Brian assisted us when another insurance company dropped our policy, for no reason, and didn’t inform us or Brian. Brian was off work for the Christmas holiday, but he assisted us in getting another agent who was able to obtain a policy the same day. In today’s world, dedicated employees are hard to find! We are very pleased with both Brian Kilpatrick and Elizabeth (Beth) Otlowski, as they are outstanding insurance agents and also very kind individuals.
