Be wary...John is offering numerous options for services without providing quality care to the customer. He has no support staff (previous reviews complimented how others in his office helped them; not him). He recommended a home insurance company whom I paid for coverage, in full. I continued to receive bills for non- payment. I contacted him 3 times. He never responded to my concerns. Payment, by him, was made 3 months after I paid him for the coverage. This payment was to reinstate the policy. WHAT???? Furthermore, the auto insurance coverage was a nightmare due to my policy being canceled and the DMV became involved. John was not detail oriented, did not resolve my immediate concerns when notified and is clearly spreading himself to thin to operate the numerous companies he represents
