They sat down with me explained everything step by step.They have a lot of knowledge. I could go on and on about how wonderful they were but long story short you are in good hands with them if you are seeking to purchase any insurance they offer.

GEICO misrepresents their policies & doesn’t pay claims. I initially bought my first GEICO policy in May of 2024. I did so with an agent over the phone. The phone call was recorded. I specifically requested that the following coverages be included in my policy: Collision ($500 deductible) Comprehensive ($500 deductible) $3,000 in coverage for modifications made to accommodate a handicapped driver (I’m disabled). I was involved in an accident on 12/13/2024. GEICO refused to acknowledge that I had any of the aforementioned coverages & refused to pay for any damage to my car. Furthermore they refused to provide me with the transcript of the recorded phone call during which I specified the coverages to be included on the policy. Finally, GEICO is virtually impossible to contact to discuss
