Happily, believe I've only had one claim in my long history with Allstate... hope that remains the case. But am very pleased with Allstate, have always been, and feel it has my back should catastrophe rear. A solid insurer that also is proactive is invaluable. Am a loyal consumer, rarely switch from a service provider that's proven its worth and integrity in the past. Allstate's service and support is top rank.

I recommend Spiro's agency without hesitation. They have helped with me with a couple of issues in which it was difficult to receive reimbursement from an accident caused by a pizza delivery guy, and with a leaky roof. They were with me every step of the way and facilitated the reimbursement. They are readily accessible and go out of their way to communicate and make sure the customer is happy.

Been with this company for 2 years and even after 2 years staying with them when I missed couple payment while I was in other country they treated me poorly. They canceled my policy and services which is understandable. However, when I wanted to update my policy and pay for auto insurance they deny me and was told that they will not be able to provide me the services. I was paying almost about $575 for month and the agent referred me to Another company (maybe sister company or he was trying to make extra money referring me.) and wanted me to pay $900 for new policy. That is fraud. This was the most worst experience. Agent are very specific on who they wants to help instead of understanding the situation.
