AAA Herndon- Insurance/Membership Only

I'm having an issue with their PoS website. so I decide to call their office for help. Spoke with the most miserable sounding woman on the phone, who then transferred me to sales. He's confused as hell, rightfully so, and gives me another number to call. This company's an absolute joke. Money and time wasted on a company that will take 8 hours to send a tow truck when you're in need. Avoid them at all costs, I wish I had.

Stopped by around 4:25 and there was a sign saying "Will Return 4:30", so I decided to wait all the way until 4:50. No one came, I knocked and called several times. Judging from other reviews this seems normal and they tend to leave work early under the guise of "coming back" late enough to closing time.

Avoid the AAA in Herndon on Pine Street at all costs. Very unprofessional and unavailable. They say they are open from 9 - 5, but don't believe them. I drove almost an hour AFTER calling them to make sure they would be there. The said they were stepping out and would return by 2:30. I came at 2:45, the sign on the door said OPEN. The door was locked. I waited 20 minutes and called at least 3 times. No answer. I wasted almost 2 hours driving up and back. Don't waste your time here. Go to the one in Fairfax, much more professional and accountable.

Beyond annoyed. I called three times. Corporate called twice to confirm a time I would be coming in. He was conveniently out of office when he confirmed the time he would be present to run through my IDP. I left work early, took the toll road out to this location only to have to drive all the way back towards work to get another office to rush my order for me. Selfish and unprofessional.

I joined AAA plus member for a year. After 6 month I need roadside assistance they said I need to wait for 7 days to get jump start on my motorcycle stuck in the middle of no where. Then I want to cancel the membership. They told me I won’t get any refund if I cancel it even there are 6 month left. This is ridiculous. Either you give me service or give back my money aaa!!
