We have know Brian Downs for over 2 decades. He is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. He is very patient and knowledgeable. We have used him for all of our insurance needs both personal and commercial business. We have had worker's compensation, liability, vehicle, and home insurance through HRI Associates. He has a wonderful assistant, Chandra Guruju, that works in the office. She is excellent. She will always get back to you and answer all of your questions. She is always on top of everything.
