I have been a client of State Farm for our renters' insurance policy since 2021. I recently made the switch to also bundle my Auto insurance policy with the renters. Alex helped me out via phone and was so kind and accommodating. I am a teacher which means I have limited availability for phone calls during regular working hours. This office and their software system is totally inept. I reported a vehicle sold in November and I’m still getting overdue notices on my monthly pay plan. I called and have been told a minimum of 4 times in the last month that it would be taken care of. They obviously can’t accomplish the simple task of updating their system.
