I went with my mother to cancel her policy because it was way to expensive for her. She went on 9/15/25 and made a payment, but was never told that she was renewing her policy and did not give her the option if she could do a one year or a six month option. So they went ahead a signed her up on a one year policy with her know, all she new that it was way to expensive. When I asked them to cancel the policy we had to pay the $204 I stated to them one that she did not know she signed up a new one year policy, and she is an 82 year old widow on a fixed income, so the only money she had it went to pay to cancel this policy. The gentleman stated that she does not have to pay if she don't want to, but it will effect her credit for 7 years. So if anyone is looking to get insurance I would think
