The west Springfield branch is rude and unhelpful. They act like you are waisting their time when calling to speak about your INSURANCE. They do not care about their clients. The only reason this isn’t a one star review is because the southwick branch is lovely to deal with.

Just renewed my house and auto insurance with Mike Gage at the Southwick Insurance Agency/ West Springfield office. In this day and age when every penny matters to us retired elders, Mike was able to get me all the discounts on both policies without me even asking him. It is a pleasure having someone handle your policies who remembers that the customers come first. I am so happy to have Southwick Insurance as my independent agent. Great job!!!!!

Great customer service with very helpful staff! Shopping for auto insurance can be very overwhelming, but Southwick insurance agency made it quick and easy to get an affordable rate. Highly recommended

They were mean to my parents whenever they called this place (or whenever I called for them because they just didn’t want to deal with their attitudes). It took MONTHS to fix their Auto AND Home insurance policies. I used to work in Insurance. Its can be challenging when things get mixed up/misplaced/etc or when customers aren’t friendly themselves. But do your job, regardless. Be courteous and friendly with your customers. They are what keep your doors open... however long that may be, with the way this agency treats its customers. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
