My husband and I just bought a house and Shelly helped us with getting it insured. She also got us hooked up with some great auto insurance. She saved us A LOT of money between both insurances. Shelly is knowledgeable, very helpful, and so kind! The whole process was so simple and quick thanks to her! It was a 10/10 experience and we look forward to working with her again.

I have been with Ormsby Insurance for my home and auto policy for a few years now. Every year I had to push on then to remarket my auto policy for a better rate than I was given on renewal. Upon the most recent renewal, the “best” price they could do was substantially higher (almost double) what I was quoted from another company. Needless to say I cancelled my policy and went with the other company. Come to find out, my auto policy with Ormsby was not in fact canceled and I was charged for another month. They were difficult to get a hold of to fix the issue and refund my money.

I had an auto accident and wanted to appeal the decision so my license would free from the incident. Shelly at ormsby in West Springfield walked me through the whole process. Luckily and with a lot of Shelly support I won my case. I would highly recommend this agency. They are all great. Thanks again Shelly
