AAA West Springfield

Broke down yesterday on route 5 in Holyoke by the Kmart Plaza. The AAA driver was P900 Peter F. This guy was fantastic. His 1st priority was to get us in his vehicle for safety. He was so nice to us. This employee is an asset to your company. Thank you Peter so much. Your kindness was so much appreciated !

Closed on a Monday. We drove 30 minutes to get a toll road pass. Lots of unhappy AAA members in the parking lot as there is a sign on the door—closed today. No options provided. So disappointed

Avoid. After a collision, I reached out to the agency several times via phone and email. I received ZERO response. We have taken our insurance business to another local agency who understands the importance of customer service.

My battery was DEAD. Raziel arrived within 90 minutes of my call, and AAA kept me informed during the wait time. Raziel was polite, friendly, nice to talk to, and he did a perfect job changing out my battery. He checked my car out carefully before he started to make any changes, and my car is now running like a dream. A real old-fashioned AAA experience. Give Raziel a bonus!!

Went in for passport photos and the person that helped me, i think it was Martes a young women who helped me. During the process she explained the options in renewing the passport and what would work for me. I felt I took awhile taking pictures but she showed patience and made the whole experience warm and light. I was worried about going to this triple A in the past as ive had negative experience but they must be hiring nicer people. Go here for questions they actually care.
