After years of being a Happy Geico customer , and receiving great customer service!! I am completely taken a back by Daniel Marchese, I was calling to report a claim and the call kept dropping I think due to weather or he was not having a good day and was annoyed at my question, do not know which it was so, I continued trying to call back. at which point he answered the phone and cursed at me. He told me I was a piece of .... and he threatened to cancel my policy. He used the f word several times and although I told him I was recording he continued. He asked me if I thought I was his servant because i asked a question. My 5 yr old grandson overheard Him call me a piece of.... and repeated it. How sad is that!!!!!! Daniel you are complete embarrassment!!! and Geico would be better off

I would like to thank Tyler with the great help and care taken to finalize paperwork that I needed. He went above and behind, and was very polite to address the issue. I would recommend not only this location, but GEICO in general as they are super helpful and responsive at all times!

I stopped in to get help with the paperwork for registering my out-of-state car. Even though it took a little longer than expected because their system was down, the staff was super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed to take to the RMV. They kept me updated the whole time and were really patient and helpful. I really appreciate how they went out of their way to make sure everything was done right. Definitely recommend this office!

Steven was great. I went there to insure a new car , he couldn’t help personally , but he called two different lines on two phones. Took care of multiple customers at once without anyone feeing excluded. Hard working , patient, respectful and friendly. He represents GEICO very positively.

What a rip off. I've been a faithful customer for 11 years. Bought a brand new car 2 years ago, so I had to go upgrade to full coverage. Price went up drastically- from $800 per year to over $4,000 per year. I was under the understanding that it was because my car is financed, and that it would go down some after I pay the car off. That was a lie. These crooks are still charging me highway robbery extortion prices and the car is paid off completely. Luckily, a competitor offered me the same full coverage for half half of he price of what these crooks are stealing from me. Switching soon- and I'll never come back to GEICO at this point.
