Ive called them for something and the service representative person was the rudest person ever ! Never ever someone treated me like this out of the blue. She literally asked my name and when I did and spelled it, she told me out of nowhere what she couldn't understand (which is ok) but she point blank told me to "use words" to spell my name. I just hung up in her face but this is inexcusable ! Ive called again later and talk to a nicer person. Turned out they are on my insurance card but I had to see with united healthcare instead, good, because I dont want to call Solstice ever again ! That first Solstice customer representative person needs to lose her job on the spot because you dont talk to people like this out of the blue because YOU have a problem understanding. Horrible company. Very few providers are in-network and Solstice doesn't even follow their own plan in regard to out-of-network providers. Customer service is non-existent. They are rude and completely unhelpful. This is the worst insurance company I have ever delt with.

Completely useless - I paid more in premiums than was ever covered by the plan. If you have any out of network dental care, you will basically get nothing (though there is supposed to be "coverage" at a bit lower level than for in network).

To submit a claim for their add-on Vision plan you have to type a letter and MAIL the receipt to a PO box in Minnesota. What century are we in?

This insurance company is a scam. I would like a complete refund from.this company. They have providers listed on their website that dont even accept their insurance. Conversely, i called 10-12 Dental offices and dont none of them accept Solstice insurance. One even stated its because Solstice dont pay its providers. The insurance card dont state what type of insurance you have. Apparently this EPO crap is not worth nothing which they dont tell you when you are signing up. Complete scam.
