Jessica Alvarez and her team member Chris were courteous and professional. They helped us with a customer who has college student in FL and needed guidance with insurance in an unfamiliar state. They took care of our customer and made sure they were comfortable and understood the differences of their new policies. Would certainly recommend Jessica and her team!

Absolutely the worst company ever. They have been retaining the money for an insurance that was paid by my lender and I cancelled and I request the check since September and they keep saying they will send it over and they don’t do it. This should be illegal. I’m in big trouble with my lender as they are requesting to cover the negative balance on the escrow. Go to a bigger company not small agency. Customer service is terrible.

I needed to add my 2013 Toyota Tacoma to my existing insurance account. I was able to do all of this with ease through my phone and the assistance of my incredible State Farm agents! They are the best!
