Great agency to work with. Customer service is top notch. Phone calls and messages are responded to in a timely manor. Hats off to Mr. Volinsky for setting the bar high on the customer service and a very loud shout out to Rocky, the straw thats stirring the drink.

Rocky from this office is worth his weight in gold. I transferred to Allstate after being with Geico my entire adult life - almost 27 years. For whatever reason they jacked up my premium by 2.5 times. This was absolutely unacceptable. I spent many days calling around looking for, not only a cheaper plan, but an agency that I could rely on. I found that in Allstate. From the moment he provided me with a premium quote, Rocky went out of his way to provide the best rate possible. I wasn't very easy on him in demanding that he continually try and try harder to get the premium down. It wasn't long before he finally got it down to a place I was comfortable. Nothing but great experience. Not often would I think to describe an interaction with an insurance company that way. But it's true. Rocky is an excellent agent to deal with.
