I experienced a full house of help with the Dan Albernas State Farm Office. Two that stood out were Rachel—who assisted with the policy itself, including changes in certain quoted coverages—and Emily who provided advice and fronted the connection required to change my policy from another provider to State Farm. There were some difficulties getting to the right spot to make a change at the other existing carrier, but Emily worked through them for me so we could complete our swap. When that was done, and all the paperwork assembled, the switch had been successfully made. We appreciated both of their attention to our transfer.

Worked with Andy on getting car insurance after dealing with a shady insurance broker for years. He was able to get me insured for 2 cars plus renters insurance for half of what I was paying for 1 car. He was so helpful and informative which made the process way more comfortable especially after speaking with over 10 other companies this past week.
