My experience with Smoller insurance was fantastic, and that’s because I really didn’t have to do anything at all. Jessica made the entire process incredibly easy. I gave her my basic information and a few hours later I was set up with a much better insurance plan than what I had and for less money. I would urge anyone to reach out to Smoller when shopping for new insurance.

Smoller Insurance is a fantastic partner, both in our personal and commercial needs. Hard working, professional, responsive, and they work with excellent markets. Taryn Masse handled this commercial lines need and did an awesome job, coming through with a fantastic market for us. She worked hard to find this and did all of the research on some of the underwriting requirements that the insurer required, to make this happen.

Rebecca Masse is a life savor!!! My car totaled a month ago and she has been an angel sent from heaven. She continuously reached out with with updates as well as answered all calls/questions I had. She even got on a 3 way call to solve an issue with payments for over an hour! She goes over and beyond every time and reassures me there are sympathetic people working in the agency. Hire more like her!!!!

I have dealt with Smoller for over four years now -- via two different businesses and three different retail locations, in Newton and Belmont -- and have always had unfailingly excellent customer service the whole time.
